President Uhuru Kenyatta has defended changes to the Electoral Laws and asked NASA leader Raila Odinga to stop opposing 'everything' ahead of the repeat election.
NASA has threatened to boycott the October 26 presidential poll if the IEBC does not meet its demands.
IEBC talks with stakeholders collapsed after NASA representatives walked out of the meeting on Thursday.
Siaya Senator James Orengo said the Jubilee party has come up with a proposed Bill they cannot accept.

"Wenzetu wanasema walifurahia uamuzi wa Korti, sahi wanasema mambo ya masharti. Jameni uchaguzi sio haki ya kiongozi ni haki ya mwananchi, waache Bunge ifanye kazi yake," Uhuru said.
This loosely translates to, "Our friends said they were happy with the Supreme Court ruling, and now they are talking about conditions. Elections are not the rights of politicians, they are the rights of citizens. Let Parliament perform its duties."
Speaking when he addressed Busia residents on Friday, Uhuru said Raila was trying to derail the electoral process by calling for mass protests and saying there will be no elections.
Raila told journalists that they are taking the battle to the people of Kenya. He asked citizens to resist the return of dictatorship under Uhuru's Jubilee administration, saying it is reminiscent of the era of single-party rule.

"Ukisema unaenda kuandamana, itakusaidia kuongeza kura? haiwezi! Enda ukauze sera zako.Unafurahia uamuzi kwingine na hutaki kufuata masharti ya korti ya 60 days. Sasa tabu iko wapi? Sisi kama Jubilee hatuna masharti," Uhuru said.
"Will demonstrations help you get more votes? They can't. Go and sell your agenda to voters. You cannot be happy with one decision then you fail to follow the Court's conditions [calling for fresh polls] in 60 days. Where is the problem? As Jubilee we have not put any conditions."
Uhuru said the proposed law was for the good of Kenya and that it followed after the Court ruling pin pointed certain areas that needed to be improved.
"Hii ndio kitu wabunge wanafanya. Sasa, tumefanya nini ya makosa? Mwingine anazunguka akinitusi ati mimi ni kifaranga cha computer hehehehhe," he said amidst laughter.
"That is what MPs are doing. Have we made a mistake? [Raila] insulted me saying I'm a computer-generated president."
"... sisi haja yetu kubwa ni tuwe na uchaguzi wa haki na kila mwananchi apate nafasi ya kuchagua wenye wanataka kwa njia ya amani."
"Our greatest need is for elections to be held so that every citizen has a chance to vote peacefully."
The President further asked the residents to vote for Jubilee in the upcoming elections.
"Tofauti yetu na wao ni kama usiku na mchana, wao kazi yao nikumangamanga na mtego ... nasa huyu, nasa yule. Utakubali mtego ama kazi iendelee ... hao wangwana tuliwashinda," he said.
"The difference between us and them is like day and night. Their job is to set traps ... do you want traps or for the work to continue? We defeated them."
Deputy President William Ruto asked who Raila was to stop the October 26th elections.
"Uhuru ni commander in chief na hawezi simamisha uchaguzi, we mganga utaisimamisha namna gani? acha kudanganya wanachi ... tunajua njama yenu," he said.
"Maandamano ni juu hamtaki uchaguzi. Tunataka mwananchi hapa hata kama hana viatu aamue rais wake ni nani."
"Uhuru is the commander-in-chief and he cannot stop the election. Are you a witchdoctor? How will you stop it. Stop cheating Kenyans, we know your tricks."
"You're holding demonstrations because you don't want elections. We want all our citizens, even those without shoes, to decide who their president is."
The Bill tabled in Parliament on Thursday states that the results of the next presidential election will be determined by what is transmitted manually.
It seeks to amend the IEBC Act, the Election Act and the Elections Offences Act by giving manually transmitted results more clout than the electronically transmitted ones.
