Kaparo, Haji to lead peace team over Wajir and Mandera clan clashes

President Uhuru Kenyatta has appointed National Cohesion and Integration Commission chairman Francis ole Kaparo and the Garissa senator to lead peace-building efforts in Wajir and Mandera counties.
