A Kibera court has summoned Kilimani DCIO and investigations officer in a case involving former Othaya MP aspirant Peter King'ara who is charged with offensive conduct. This comes a day after an arrest warrant was issued against King'ara for failing to appear in court. He is accused of insulting Sollo Nzuki, a court clerk from Miller and Company Advocates at the Milimani law courts, on October 16.
