Nigeria: National Assembly Transmits Constitution Amendments to States

[This Day]Abuja -The National Assembly on Tuesday transmitted the 23 amendments to the 1999 Constitution to the states' Houses of Assembly with pleas to the state legislators not to truncate the amendments through undue influences apparently from the governors.
