"I think Madeline [Albright]'s book is really well-named: "Fascism: A Warning," Clinton said. "And the idea that 'oh, it can't happen here' is just old-fashioned, my friends."
"The demagoguery, the appeal to the crowd, the very clever use of symbols, the intimidation, verbal and physical," she listed, "this is a classic pattern. There is nothing new about it, it's just different means of messages being delivered."
But Hillary is legitimately an expert on fascism.
1. Her campaign plotted to frame her opponent as a Russian spy, and contrived to have the FBI and other law enforcement organs spy on and entrap his associates.
2. As Secretary of State, she responded to the Benghazi terrorist attack by having a filmmaker locked up over a YouTube video about Mohammed.
Woods explained, "I do appreciate her taking the time from her schedule to meet with the four families. While we were in the pod over there with our family she came over shook my hand and I reached out and hugged her shoulder. Her countenance was not good. And she made the statement to me that first of all she was sorry and then she said 'We will make sure the person who made that film is arrested and prosecuted.' "
Clinton was referring to a controversial YouTube film that the Obama administration claimed inspired the "spontaneous protests" that led to the attacks.
