They are the ones who actively attempt to squelch whatever the opposition might attempt to present as logical. We see that often on network 'news' and other so called 'comment' show. The "left wing:" follower simply keeps shouting to drown out whatever the person with a differing view is saying.
Not only that, but the agenda includes using long accepted terms to mean the exact opposite of the original meaning, For example, "progressive" is used by those pushing Socialism, or its cousin, Communism, When in fact, the original "progressives" were the founders of the USA. They envisioned a government where the people should have a voice in who would be those governing (not ruling) them and laws that protected their GOD given rights.
Those claiming the term 'progressive' really should be labeled as "regressive." The only way that Communism, Fascism, or Socialism can exist except is under a totalitarian form of government.
A good example of such 'title switching' would be the use of the term "right wing" for the "Third Reich" under control of the Nazi Party in Germany. The actual title of their government, made by them, was "The Socialist Republic of Germany," thus a "Left Wing" government.
Unfortunately those seeking to mislead or falsely inform the population are aided massively by those fed the socialist agenda in Journalism schools in our colleges and university during the last seven or eight decades.
The result has turned out to be the same in studios of major and national electronic media in most of the USA. And certainly it exists for much of the major print media, particularly those whose ownership rests with large corporations with managers who have been similarly misguided.
Today's situation now is so biased that children in even as early as first grade are subjected to indoctrination that favors the 'left wing' attitudes by teachers, and superintendents. These teachers who were likewise immersed in misguided ideas while in school, college and/or universities.
Another problem is that those of that mind set have no logical grounds for what they espouse and instead resort to loudness to shout down any common sense opposition to their beliefs. We see that almost every day in the riots on campuses. These riots are often by brought on by "thugs" paid for by extremely wealthy self appointed 'future rulers' working to become the despotic dictators that have been a common forms of government since civilization began,
These nefarious activists would find it "tough sledding" if we the people would make it a policy to think through everything before casting our votes. We should seek to make sure that the infiltration of both major political parties is brought to an end. It is questionable whether we can reverse the downward spiral of the Democrat Party can be reversed. And, there are things in the Republican Party are slipping toward the progressive view.
Incidentally another example of the capture of the language is the officials by both major parties. Those who continually say 'Democratic' are also advancing communist, fascist and socialist candidates and leaders. The original name chartered was "Democrat" not changed to my knowledge.
As a member, since first registering to vote, of the Republican Party it offends me when our own use the word. I see nothing democratic in the Democrat Party!
