NASA leader Raila Odinga has laughed off the promise by Western poll losers that they will 100 per cent votes for President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"Where will you get the 100 per cent you are promising President Uhuru Kenyatta?" he asked the leaders during a rally in Mumias on Sunday.
The ODM leader was referring to former MPs Ababu Namwamba (Budalangi) and Paul Otuoma (Funyula) who recently broke ranks with him.
The two, among other governor losers in the region, have teamed up with the Jubilee Party promising to deliver a vote to the president.
"Wewe ulisimama na ukashindwa halafu unaambia Uhuru utampea 100 per cent. Kama wewe mwenyewe hukupata hata 30 per cent, hii kura utatoa wapi?"
(You were defeated in the election and now you tell Uhuru you will get him 100 per cent votes. If you did not even get 30 per cent, where will this come from?)
Raila said the defectors were just satisfying their hunger in Jubilee adding that "they are promising what they can't deliver."
"Wenye walianguka chini wanatoroka...wamepeleka matumbo huko, wao ni tumbocrats. Shame on them, Shame," he said.
(They failed and ran away...have only taken their stomaches to Jubilee..they are 'tumbocrats')
Raila, accompanied by NASA leaders Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetang'ula and Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya, spoke after attending a church service at the Mumias ACK church.
Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula also weighed in on the issue saying the defectors have not gone to Jubilee with any votes.
"You can have them for free because they are coming alone...hawana watu (They have nobody), " he said.
During a rally in Busia on Friday, Ababu and Otuoma criticised Raila saying he cannot bring development to Kenya and that he should not be elected.
The former Funyula MP said he supported Raila since 1992 and is yet to see any development the former Prime Minister has brought to Kenyans.
"My brother William Ruto left us in ODM still singing about Baba and now he is the Deputy President. We have said enough is enough and this is why we want to support Jubilee, the winning team," he said.
Ababu on the other hand told off Raila saying Busis is no longer a NASA stronghold as was perceived. Ababu defected from ODM citing frustrations by the Party.
'PROMISES'
Raila further said Jubilee delayed the pledges he made to the electorate ahead of the nullified August 8 election but noted that they shall be fulfilled once NASA gets to power.
He reiterated his pledge to implement free secondary education, assistance to widows and single mothers as well as help for elderly persons.
"Wale wanaJubilee wametuchelewesha na mipango zetu. Tulisema September watoto watasoma bure. Ile ahadi bado iko on course," he said .
(Jubilee delayed our free education plan which was to start in September but the promises are still on course)
The Opposition leader leader pledged that all the children from nursery school to form four will study free of charge when he wins the October 26 election.

Raila further promised that his administration will build Industrial parks in Kakamega to create jobs for the youth.
"Tulisema hapa Kakamega tutajenga Industrial Park vile walifanya huko Malaysia," Raila said.
The ODM leader said he wants to drive out poverty in Kenya adding that this is only possible when he becomes the president.
"Tunataka kupigana na ufukara...kura imechelewa lakini mipango yetu ya Canaan is on course...Wale ambao wanarudi Jubilee, gari yao imeandikwa Misiri," he said.
(We will eradicate poverty despite the delayed poll. Journey to Canaan is on course...those who have joined Jubilee are only heading to Egypt)
After Mumias, the NASA presidential candidate is expected to address rallies in Malaba and Busia.
The meetings followed after President Uhuru Kenyatta addressed one rally at the Busia Polytechnic grounds.
The Opposition team's campaign has been on a downtime, ostensibly for lack of funds. They launched a public fundraising bid to get cash for the fresh votes.
