IEBC is expected to meet presidential candidates Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga on Wednesday.
The electoral agency will discuss, among other things, its state of preparedness and the appointment of agents for the candidates ahead of the October vote.
"Number and timelines for submission of appointees. Secondment of ICT representatives by each of the candidate," the document seen by The Star reads.
Raila and Uhuru are also expected to talk about the confidence building on electoral process.
"Everyone's role and place of positive criticism and mode of handling emerging issues," IEBC said adding they will also discuss state preparedness.
The repeat presidential polls will probably be held on October 26 and not on 17 as earlier announced.
The IEBC is also expected to table the new election date in a meeting with NASA and Jubilee on Wednesday.

Raila alleged that the original vote was marred by fraud and threatened to boycott the re-run unless some demands are met, including the resignation of the IEBC secretariat.
But the EU said it did not find anything indicating deliberate manipulation of the vote in the forms it examined.
"There was little variation in the patterns of anomalies ... and no obvious advantage to one camp or another," they said.
