Is Opposition leader Raila Odinga looking for a job as the president or he wants to be the IEBC boss? President Uhuru Kenyatta has asked.
Uhuru said the ODM leader has been in the forefront rejecting every commissioner adding that there is no way he will become the president.
"Jameni Raila, wewe unatafuta kazi ya urais ama unatafuta kazi ya chebukati? You cannot have your cake and eat it."
(Raila, do you want to be president or chairman of the IEBC)
"Wakatai tumeapisha bunge kwa upande moja anasema sina haki lakini wajumbe wake wanakuja bunge," he said.
(When we opened parliament, they said I don't have powers to do so yet NASA MPs attend sittings)
Uhuru said that if there will be no elections on October 26, he will still continue to be the President of Kenya.
"Kama hakuna uchaguzi nitaendelea tu mpaka siku wakenya watachagua ..there is no other way."
(If there will be no vote, I will continue until that day when Kenyans will decide who they want to be president)
"Na hiyo si Uhuru anasema, ni katiba. Nusu mkate will never happen..," he said. (It is not Uhuru saying so but the Constitution)
Uhuru said Raila has been complaining of his votes being stolen in every election adding that he did not know the IEBC commissioners.
"Raila ameshindana na wengine mbele yangu na hawa wote amemalizia kusema aliibiwa kura..hata leo hii Chiloba hata simjui..nimekutana na yeye mara moja," he said.
(Raila has run against other people before me and he always said he was rigged out..Let it be known that I don't know Chiloba, we only met once)
On Friday, President Uhuru Kenyatta defended changes to the Electoral Laws and asked Raila to stop opposing 'everything' ahead of the repeat election.
"Wenzetu wanasema walifurahia uamuzi wa Korti, sahi wanasema mambo ya masharti. Jameni uchaguzi sio haki ya kiongozi ni haki ya mwananchi and Bunge ifanye kazi yake," Uhuru said.
(Our friends said they were happy with the Supreme Court ruling, and now they are talking about conditions. Elections are not the rights of politicians, they are the rights of citizens. Let Parliament perform its duties)
Speaking when he addressed Busia residents, Uhuru said Raila was trying to derail the electoral process by calling for mass protests and saying there will be no elections.

'TIBIM IS WITCHCRAFT'
During the Kakamega meeting which brought together about 10,000 delagates, DP William Ruto said Kenyans are not stupid to buy into what NASA is telling them.
He said the Opposition has no chance of winning the scheduled elections.
"Hii siasa ya kupiganisha watu inaturudisha nyuma. Hakuna mtu unaweza wadanganya na tibim na tialala," he said.
(This politics of knocking people against each other is taking us back....NASA cannot cheat anyone with the Tibim and Tialala slogans)
Ruto said the slogans were witchcraft and that the Opposition were thriving in divisive politics.
"Hii ni uchawi sijui ni uganga...sasa wakati Uhuru anasema tuko pamoja, ule mwingine anendesha Uganga anasema Tibim..watashidana kweli? he posed.
Tibim and Tialala is an unforgettable meme that originated from now Embakasi East MP-elect Paul Ongili, commonly known as Babu Owino.
Nasa hao (nab them) and bindu bichenjanga (things are changing) were frequently used by the NASA principals to urge their supporters to vote out Jubilee.
