Stop Obama?s War on Retirement Plans!

by Phil Kerpen, Contributing Author: A leftover Obama regulation could have HUGE consequences for your retirement plan…

. . . and we are up against the clock if we want to stop it.

Obama's so-called "fiduciary rule" clocks in at over 1,000 pages, and it will drastically raise the cost of retirement plans and investment advice.

As one policy analyst put it, "the fiduciary rule is like Obamacare for your IRA and 401(k), if you like your brokers and investments, you might not be able to keep them."

The Obama administration clearly thought senior citizens aren't smart enough to make financial decisions with an adviser of their own choice.

After presiding over the national debt skyrocketing to nearly $20 TRILLION, Obama had NO RIGHT to tell us how to be fiscally responsible!

American Commitment members like you have already made a big difference in this fight. The 30,000 letters that you sent to Congress played a huge role in getting a repeal bill passed in the House and Senate last year.

Unfortunately – Obama vetoed the bill, and the Senate's attempt to override it was unsuccessful. And now the time has expired for the special procedure that was used to avoid a Democratic filibuster.

So only the Trump Administration can kill the rule. And they must. It's time to stop Obama's War on Retirement Plans before it costs consumers an eye-popping $31.5 billion.

Tell the Department of Labor to STOP Obama's War on Retirement Plans IMMEDIATELY!

After you send your official comment letter, please forward this email to your friends to help me sound the alarm on this disastrous regulation. American Commitment members like you have been leading the battle against this rule from day one; I hope you will continue to fight with me.
