Star Parker: How Conservatives Can Attract More African Americans

by Star Parker: I'm in Cleveland at the 2016 Republican Convention and was interviewed by EWTN. They saw my report where I mentioned there are only 18 black delegates on the floor of the RNC Convention. In 2004, there were 164 black delegates!

I address that conservatives need to reach out to more blacks with conservative, Christian values.
