Daughter of shamakhokho

Khatioli my love...when I went to Kapsonoi market today,
I bumped into a seller of shoes.
He had beautiful rubbers on display,
So I bought one pair for you.

Khatioli, my love.... I wish I had so much money
I would buy you a diamond ring.
I would take you to a princely valley,
Where birds flap their wings as they sing.

Khatioli, my petal.... as I came from Kapsonoi market today,
I decided that I'll cook dinner for you.
So I bought these carrots on my way,
To spice up the taste of our stew.

Khatioli, my petal.... If only I was a tycoon,
We would not be cooking with woods
I would take you on a trip to the moon,
And our servants would follow is with with food.

Khatioli, my love.... Your smile is the happiness that I have.
