Kenya's Cabinet Secretary for Tourism Hon Najib Balala over the weekend surprised many after he jumped off a plane flying at a height of approximately 11,000 feet while skydiving.
Najib who led a group of both local and international tourists who hit Watam for #TembeaKenya, a noble intiative charged with promoting local and international tourism.
In a bid to encourage Kenyans to sample what tourism has to offer, Najib Balala Arrived at the little commune of Watamu in a prachute where we are told that apart from interacting with the locals.
He also released into the sea, a rehabilitated turtle, highlighting the work of turtle conservation organization local ocean Trust as well as other varied tourism related sea activities such as; snorkeling, scuba diving among others.
