Gospel Singer Daddy Owen Finally Responds To The Claims That He Mis-used Denno
Veteran Kenyan gospel singer, Daddy Owen, has come out gun blazing and addressed rumors that he mis-used his fellow singer Denno for his selfish gains.
This is after rumors had it that the Mbona hit-maker is languishing in poverty despite being given Ksh. 1 million by Owen and even opened a business for him.
However, according to Denno, he was not given the Ksh. 1 million in cash, adding that he has not received any royalties.
Speaking during a recent media interview, Daddy Owen said that he met with the singer's family and resolved the issue.
"I have been seeing the exchanges online and as a sane person, I decided to go face the brother. The whole family (Denno's) and I had a meeting where we settled everything or so I though". The veteran Kenyan singer said, adding that he was surprised to hear that people are still talking over the issue.
"Despite everything, I will not hold any grudge against anyone because I have been in this industry long enough to know that these things happen".
