Another Year Gone

by Bob McDowell, Contributing Author : This is the final week of 2015, and what a year it has been. It befuddles the mind trying to figure out if the USA will make it, as a Constitutional Republic for another year. President Obama has moved full speed in efforts to keep his first campaign promise to "fundamentally change America". He has placed numerous Muslims in important positions in his administration, and reportedly some have ties to radical extremists. He has allowed tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of "children" to illegally invade our borders and to be maintained at the taxpayers' expense. And now, he intends to bring tens of thousands of Syrian 'refugees' here, without examination.

He has seen to it that the terrorist sponsoring government of Iran will be able to continue their quest for military atomic weapons with an 'agreement' he claims does not require the approval of Congress. I can well understand a civil government seeking atomic power for electric generation since they lack sufficient capacity to refine their oil production. By his unwise removal of our victorious troops from Iraq, he has allowed the rise of ISIS (Iraq & Syria Islamic State) resulting in the brutal murder of tens of thousands of Christians and opposition Muslims, and the destruction of many historical structures including churches.

Hopefully history will record the many violations of the Constitution and Laws of God that have been repeatedly perpetrated during the two terms of this administration. We also are seeing attempts to erase from history all records of similarly evil actions by the former Nazi German government, Fascist Italian Government, and Communist Russia Government. Why?

On Christmas Eve, my email in-box contained reminders of past evils by governments. After the allied victory in Europe in 1945, General, later President, Dwight Eisenhower ordered movie and still photograph records of the Nazi concentration camps. He ordered the citizens of the cities where they were located to be taken through them and required to bury the dead there. He then stated this would serve as proof that atrocities happened, because in some future year some ruthless dictator may declare that 'it did not happen.'

And so that has come to pass. The dictator imams of Iran have loudly and repeatedly declared that "the holocaust is a myth" and never happened, while also demanding the eradication of Israel and the killing of all Jews repeatedly shouting "Death to the 'great Satan' America," and calling for a 'holy war' to attain those goals.

We have repeatedly seen 'radical' organizations such as the ACLU and CAIR successfully use the Court system to persecute and intimidate weak spined or sympathetic officials to bring down attacks on Christians and Jews. Our Federal Courts, at all levels, have been changed in its approach by misguided lawyers appointed by misguided or misadvised Presidents and pushed through the approval process in the US Senate by misguided or disloyal Senators.

Now, we are entering another 'general election' year where we are to select a new President, one third of the Senate, and the entire 435 members of the House. It is my opinion that these 'forces of evil' are determined to continue their plan of the destruction of the Union by, if necessary, massive vote fraud. I have witnessed this first hand during the last decade in Oklahoma. It is essential that we who believe in being civil, honest, and truthful also make sure government and business officials' wake up, stand up, and be heard.

On December 23, an "Observance of Christmas" was hosted by Congressman Jim Bridenstine (R-OK- 1st District) at the OR University Maybee Center with talks by him and by Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz, R-TX. It was an honor and pleasure to be present and see these prominent men do just that.
