The rift between Bebe Cool and Eddy Kenzo continues to grow day after day as the Big Talent boss scoops more international awards,the most recent one being the Africa Entertainment Awards which were held last weekend in New Jersey,USA.
When Eddy Kenzo won a BET award, a big war sparked off between Big Talent and Gagamel camps.Kenzo was reported to have said during a TV interview that,"I have never liked Bebe Cool because that guy is so arrogant. He under estimated us as up-coming artists and branded my 'Sitya loss' song as so local but we have finally proved his statement wrong. 'Sitya loss' is global and that's why the world has awarded it."
After winning the AEAUSA award,Kenzo again took a jibe at Bebe Cool.
Kenzo said in one of his interviews;"Kenzo who earns over 10,000 US$ per week, three times international award winner ( N.E.A- artiste of the year, A.E.A-artist of the year & video of the year, B.E.T-viewer's choice award), he has had and he is still having performances all over the world weekly in countries like Holland, Sweden, Denmark, USA, among others. And in the recent days Ronaldinho and Rick Ross shared my Sitya loss video. You are comparing him with Bebe Cool who was just nominated in only three awards where the MAMA was the only biggest award and Chameleone the fellow Ugandan who was also nominated in another category multiplied his individual votes times and times. With just these few, really one good citizen who loves his country would decide who is who."
