His Holiness Pope Francis made his maiden tour to Africa for the first time and Kenya was the first country to receive the Pope ahead of his 3 day stay. President Kenyatta led a group of government officials and the church to receive the pope at The Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Unlike US president Barack Obama who recently visited Kenya, the pope decided to use a Honda and Custom made Isuzu double cabin in his movement around the city. The Pope held a Mass at the University of Nairobi this morning which saw thousands of faithfuls from across the continent attend.
