American music power couple Jay Z and Beyonce Knowles have just gotten themselves a palace worth 45 million dollars! Talk of lanes!
This is after they were asked to move out of the house they were living in before because the owner decided to sell it but they are now moving into an even better house,the Holmby palace which is owned American businessman Frank McCourt.
Now Frank McCourt had sold the house to a British billionaire for the 45 million dollars that it worth but sincr the Briton was hardy ever in Los Angeles,it was put on the market for lease at 150 thousand dollars a month.
According top sources the couple signed a 1 year lease and they have already started moving into the 20,000 square feet, complete with an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens.
