The sun stopped shining by Esther Wavinya @Essymiky07

The wound never showed on her body,
She was not doing all in terms of a functional human,
She was learning to be comfortable with her blackness, lethargy just like weather,
Her soul wept and there was nothing she could do about it,
The soul contained more scar tissues than life.

She was a girl lost in space,
Forever fading away and receding further,
She felt erased from life Luke a traitor during the soviet union,
She became more and more invisible.

It was easier for her to say her head was aching,
Than say her heart was broken,
She did not want anyone talking to her,. If they did tears would fly out of her eyes,
Sobs would fly out of her throats,
Tears were brimming in her like unstable glass.

She wanted to weep,.
She wanted to be comforted,. She was tired of being strong,. She wanted to be frightened.

She spent times saying nothing,
Because she was afraid she would stutter,.
The wounds from the past never healed,.They bled again because the scars were exposed,
The endearments and kisses faded

She found solace in sleeping
she never wanted to wake up,
If she did she would wake up to a nightmare
