The Morgan heritage family is a music group consisting of four brothers and a sister.They are known worldwide for their musical prowess especially in the reggae genre and they are not new to Kenya because they have come to perform in the country severally.
They came into the country about three weeks ago for the Kenyan Extravaganza night but they still have not left,many are wondering why?
Here are the three main reasons.
One they were headlined to perform at the coronation of the Miss World Kenya 2015 at the Weston Hotel over the weekend and it would not make sense to leave then come back a week later.
Two Gramps Morgan of Morgan Heritage is set to collaborate with Capital FM's Amina Abdi in a song that will be released soon.They revealed this last week when the group was invited to Hits Not Homework for an interview which is hosted by Amina.
Then the third is they have fallen in love with Kenya! Yes! and they want Kenyan citizenship!
'We are going to look for President Kenyatta because we want to get Kenyan passports. By the grace of God, we will soon have our home in Kenya. We have been to many parts of the world, but there's nowhere else we feel at home than in Kenya. We've got just a few more years left to live in the US. We are officially coming to Kenya our home," said the eldest group member Gramps Morgan during the '10 minutes of your time' forum with the Youth Enterprise Development fund held at the university of Nairobi last Friday.
The tell me how come singers also said that they will set up a mega state-of-the-art music recording company in Nairobi, where all of its African operations will be based.
