There was a lot that was happening on Saturday night,there was the AFRIMMA awards in Dallas where Tanzanian star Diamond Platinumz won big,there was also the second edition of the Instagram party at Tribeka in the Nairobi CBD and there was the OLX SOMA awrds that I had the pleasure of attending at the Kasarani Safaricom stadium- Indoor arena.
Now the annual Social media awards was in its third year and this year's theme was in celebration of social media for economic empowerment.
The guests came out in their hundreds to attend the event looking fabulous in the suits,heels and gorgeous looking dresses.Although the event started later than expected,it still went down well.
