NRA NewsCam & Co: Chris W. Cox is Executive Director of the NRA Institute for Legislative Action. He discusses reports that President Obama has issued a memo to federal agencies, resulting in a Social Security Administration plan that will deprive more than four million recipients of their gun rights, without due process of law.

He describes it as the biggest gun grab in history, unprecedented in his over twenty years with the NRA.

Any person who has had a "representative payee" appointed to handle their finances is vulnerable.

Cox vows that the NRA will fight every day until it is stopped. Further, he calls for the immediate repeal of the ban on firearms at military facilities, forbidding service men and women their right of self-defense.
