Kim Kardashian is setting the record straight in regards to her use of plastic surgery— especially while pregnant.
The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star, who recently announced she was having a baby boy, took to Instagram to share how she manages to look her best while pregnant without doing anything that could harm her unborn child.
Kanye West's wife shot a how-to video about contouring to make your face look slimmer, which is something she is dealing with as she gains weight from her pregnancy.
Sharing a photo of the flawless looking end result, the star left her very important message to fans.
"No I don't do fillers or botox when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be really sick to endanger your child like that!" Kardashian explained. "Anyone who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes! My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up. The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal & we will share our tricks on KimKardashianWest.com."
