Deputy President William Ruto has finally managed to shake hands with the world’s stronhest person a son of Luo father President Barak Obama. It was alleged earlier in the week that Ruto will not meet Obama owing to his ongoing case at the ICC where is on trial for mass murder and forced eviction.
