Popular Nigerian songbird Seyi Shay signed a global recording contract with a major American recording stable Island Universal records on Tuesday.
The Irawo singer who was part of Coke Studio Africa season 2 paired up with Kenyan raper Jay A took to Instagram yesterday to announce the good news to her fans.

She signed the deal at the Island Universal Records offices in South Kesingston,London.The label is part of the Universal Music Group boasts of having the best artists on board such as Nicki Minaj,Ariana Grande,Justin Beiber,Leona Lewis,Taio Cruz,Enrique Eglesias and Calvin Harris.
