RAIN by OWEN HABEL LWANDA

Drop down sweet rain,
Quench the thirst
Of our throttle throats...

Drizzle down dear rain,
Kiss the cracks of drought
On our grounds...

Send your showers shimmering rain,
Send your showers to be sheltered
By the rivers...

We miss the portrait
Of your thick dark clouds,
We long for the melodies
Of your wonderful whistling wind,
We crave for the gasp of your
Your thunderous thunder strikes

Oh rain
Sweet rain
Beautiful rain
