Imagine a world

"Logic will get you from A to B. Imagination will take you everywhere" Albert Einstein.  I'm sitting in a corner then a young lad walks to me,  "excuse me, do I resemble someone you know? You stared at me for so long!" I'm surprised  and,  "oh, sorry. I didn't even see you. I'm in my own world of imagination." Almost funny, but not everyone that is looking is seeing.

Looking around at people, I imagine a world. A world which is motivated by love. One that knows no hate.  War a non existing vocabulary and peace, the daily bread.  A people paying more attention to the human being than animal pets, wealth and money. Where no one goes unnoticed and everyone is appreciated  for their efforts. A world of no competitors, but team players in the game of life.

Seeing all that  is happening around me, I imagine a world.  A world of selfless people. A people filled with empathy.  Honesty the order of the day and ethics a compulsory dressing.  Diligent people, hard workers who have no thought of reaping where they did not sow. Religion not a game to be played or a war to be fought, but  an understanding that we all have one creator, our God, and each one of us will give an account of their lives  when that day comes.

My current world is shaking, scrambles everywhere. Nations are in tears and the governments are failing, forcing me to imagine my own world. Governments occupied by lovers of people, not those hungry for power. Politicians full of actions, not promises. Corruption  fought and not threatened. Justice served and not sought after.  I imagine a world, where its leaders will protect those they lead and not their positions. A leadership that will want to see the next generation come and do better, not to die in power. A world, where credit will be given where it is due and punishment for law breakers according to the offense, not the tact of the lawyers.

I shake my head and imagine my imaginations, interesting.  I imagine the imaginations that come to your mind after reading this. Keep on imagining, smile.

"Imagination will often carry us to worlds that never were. But without it, we go nowhere."  Carl Sagan
