Clean-up for Kisumu town to conserve environment

THE Kisumu county government has partnered with Equator Bottlers in a cleanup of Kisumu town. The Sh3.5 million initiative aims at cleaning up Kisumu bus park and Jubilee market. The programme will help conserve the environment, said Enrique Huguet, managing director of Equator Bottlers. He spoke during the launch of the initiative at Kisumu fish market on Thursday. Huguet said the clean-up is part of the company's corporate social responsibility to improve the well-being of residents
