MORE than 100 public schools in Kisumu county do not have title deeds, a lobby group has said. Kisumu City Residents Voice Association chairman Audi Ogada said most school title deeds cannot be traced at the Kisumu Land office. He said private developers have grabbed public land in the county. "It is only in Kisumu where non-existent land is sold to more than six people," he said. A week ago, Milimani MCA Edwin Anayo said part of Victoria Primary School land has been grabbed. Ogada said he will help the school management identify the grabbed section.
