A mason has denied pouring out 10 litres of busaa that was to be used as evidence in a case. Joseph Owino allegedly committed the offence on January 19 at Muthaiga police station. Makadara principal magistrate Carol Ocharo released him on Sh10,000 bail. The case will be heard on April 21.
