UASIN GISHU A man was on Thursday charged in an Eldoret court with defilement. Josphat Kioko allegedly defiled a 15-year-old minor at Eldoret township between December 28 last year and January 8. Kioko pleaded guilty before senior magistrate S. Mokua and was released on a Sh100,000 bond with a surety of the same amount. The hearing was set for February 5.
