They would set a bad precedent for all the other 46 counties concerning the sanctity of both private and public property. The Mombasa County Ports Authority Bill 2014 and the Mombasa County Ferries and Harbours Bill 2014 propose nothing less than the taking over of control of the port and ferry services from the national government's parastatals that run both.
