Did Zuma steal money for Nkandla? Constitutional Court decides on Fact/Opinion/Freedom of Speech

In recent times the ANC has revealed itself to be quick to react to perceived slander of President Jacob Zuma – be it in the form of The Spear, op-ed columns like that authored by Max du Preez, or campaigning messages put out by the opposition. On Monday, the Constitutional Court backed the DA's right to send SMSes drawing attention to Zuma's use of public funds to build Nkandla, while also producing three interesting judgments.
