[Waza]In Ivory Coast it's forbidden to use soft drugs. In The Netherlands however it's perfectly legal to smoke a joint. So what is a young Ivorian visiting Amsterdam to do, if he doesn't want to look like a fool? I volunteered to try it out... and share my memorable experience with you.
