Congo-Kinshasa: Riot Breaks Out Over New Boat Deaths

[Deutsche Welle]At least 30 people died when an overcrowded boat sank on the Congo River. It was traveling from the DRC's third largest city Kisangani to the town of Isangi . It is the second fatal boat accident in less than two weeks.
