Captured Shabaab official long worked with al Qaeda

A senior Shabaab official, Zakariya Ismail Ahmed Hersi, has been reportedly captured by Somali officials. Hersi "surrendered to the Somali police," the Associated Press reports , citing an anonymous Somali intelligence official.
