A picture taken on Nov. 22, 2014 shows a medical worker and security forces walking near a bus on which was carried out a dawn attack and 28 non-Muslim passengers were singled out from 60 and executed about 50 kilometres from the town of Mandera near Kenya's border with Somalia.
