TRANS MARA The Trans Mara Sugar Company has paid Sh1.2 billion to sugarcane farmers this year. The firm's agriculture manager Joel Wang'endo told journalists in his office yesterday that the payment was made to 20,000 farmers in Narok, Kisii and Migori . The farmers have been receiving their money every month end, he said.
