Liberia: Sirleaf Signs National Budget, Vetoes Signature Bonus for Oil Blocks

[Liberia Govt]President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has signed the 2014/2015 fiscal budget into law, but has vetoed a line item which calls for signature bonus in the amount of US$25 million on account of oil blocks.
