The strange foam has made vehicles slow down thus causing congestion in the road, the foam
on mbagathi is due to Sodium
aluminate added to latrines in kibera
which leaks to nbi dam polluting it.

According to the Nairobi City County Foam on Mbagathi road is as as result
of heavy downpour washing all the
surface run offs into the dam.
