More than 100km of roads will be tarmacked in Laikipia county. The roads include 79km Nanyuki-Mutara-Gwa Kung'u and the 20km Narumoru-Ngare Ng'iro roads. Officials from the Kenya Rural Roads Authority on Thursday conducted site visits together with contractors on the two projects. "There are 14 contractors interested in these projects and want to assess the scope of work before they can bid.
