Every month telecom giant Safaricom hosts an event they call the Safaricom Power where they have influential women speakers talk about a specific theme.
In December, the theme of the discussions was 'Women and Faith'. The featured speakers were Angie Murenga the CEO of the Kingdom Business Solutions, Dr Sitna Mwanzi an oncologist at the Aga Khan University and Shyamolae Kalsi a director at Ideologie.
In attendance were Strathmore Business School executive education director Patricia Murugami and Safaricom head of corporate responsibility Sanda Ojiambo.
