Elizabeth Wanjiru popularly known as Charity of Citizen Television's local drama Mother-in-Law is in a vicious court battle with her Ex husband over their matrimonial home.
The actress separated with her Ugandan husband in the 80's after 13 years of marriage.
This was after her husband's Kenyan citizenship was revoked by the government and was forced move back to his motherland leaving the actress here in Kenya.
By then the two had bought a home together in Loresho Estate which Wanjiru is currently fighting for after she was denied access as the property was sold to Mugo Muiru Investment Limited without her consent.
Elizabeth is now in court fighting for ownership as she claims that she contributed some money when the house was being bought jointly.
Anyway Elizabeth and her ex, Bageine, who is currently the Minister of State in East African Affairs in Uganda appeared in court yesterday to see who the property goes to.
