Last month NTV host Janet Kanini Ikua revealed that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in India where she had gone to seek treatment for Deep vein thrombosis.
Despite this terrible revelation however,Janet has been strong and extremly courageous about this whole situation.This led tomany Kenyans wanting to contribute towards her medical fund and also prayed for her.
With that in mind Nation Media group which owns NTV where she used to host the N-Soko property show every Sunday organised a fund raising concert for her dubbed One Nation for Janet yesterday at the Carnivore grounds.
Various artists performed and the attendees ranged from fellow collegues and celebrities to family and friends plus the general public.
