Celebrated Ugandan artist Eddy Kenzo is in some deep trouble and he just might face charges in a United Kingdom court after he failed to show up to a concert that he had been allegedly contracted and paid to perform at.
Word is that Kenzo was paid to perform at the AfrikaFest by Grajoh talent management and public relations ltd who are based in London but when the Sitya loss singer was a no show,they threatened to sue for compensation after the massive losses they incurred.
On the other hand according to a source close top Kenzo,the BET winner had not paid to perform at the event.
Kenzo has been in the US and therefore he could not be reached for a comment on the matter and neither has he given any statement yet why he could not be at the gig.
