Human rights activists are asking the International Criminal Court to launch a fresh investigation into the circumstances by which evidence in the case against Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta was weakened, leading to the withdrawal of the case against him. ICC prosecutors dropped the charges against Kenyatta on December 5th, citing a lack of evidence.
