Civil servants in Mandera have said government staff houses in northern Kenya are in poor state. They yesterday complained of dubious deals in allocation of houses. Speaking to the Star, an agricultural officer Halima Abdullahi said her house is in a bad state despite informing the officer in charge of housing several times.
